RhizoBindingSites v1.0 and 2.0 are DNA motifs databases computationally inferred covering Rhizobium, Sinorhizobium, Bradyrhizobium and Mesorhizobium species able to establish symbiosis with the leguminous plants on transcriptional regulation, developed in the Genomics Science Center (CCG) of the National autonomous University of México, UNAM.
